Jesus was born to the Virgin Mary.
"Behold! a virgin shall bring forth a son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is God with us." Isaiah 7:14
Jesus was crucified and died as an atonement for our sins.
“...who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness - by whose stripes you were healed.” 1 Peter 2:24
Christ rose from the dead and ascended into Heaven.

We are promised eternal life if we accept Christ.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
We anxiously await the second coming of the Messiah!
“For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." 1 Thessalonians 4:16, 17
